Traditional Ceremonies & Workshops

Honouring the sacred passages of life.

Life is sacred, and yet so often we move through its most meaningful transitions without taking the time to pause, honour, and be held within them.

This is a space for all the stages of life that deserve to be witnessed and honoured. From beginnings to endings, from becoming to letting go, I offer ceremonies, gatherings, and workshops that hold you and your community through the passages that shape who we are.

My work is guided by the traditional knowledge, teachings, and wisdom shared with me by Knowledge Keepers and Elders. I carry these teachings with deep gratitude and respect, and feel honoured to have been gifted the opportunity to share this knowledge with others. It is through these teachings that I continue to deepen my relationship with the Earth, Creator and God, and the traditions that remind us of our connection to one another.

Together, we create space to slow down, reconnect with the Earth, remember our place within the natural world, and honour the significance of your journey.

Here, your life, your stories, and your transitions are held with the utmost care and importance. You deserve to be witnessed, celebrated, nurtured, and supported through every season of life.

Allow me to walk alongside you, your family, and your community as we make space for the sacredness of being human.

Offerings

Mother Blessing

Honouring the transition into motherhood.

A Mother Blessing is a gathering dedicated to honouring a mother's journey into motherhood. It is a time to pause, celebrate, and surround an expectant mother with the love, wisdom, and support of her community.

Each circle is thoughtfully tailored to the mother, weaving together meaningful traditions, personal touches, and ceremonial practices that reflect her story and wishes. I will come alongside you to create and hold a beautiful circle of women, offering a space where you are celebrated, nurtured, and honoured as you prepare for birth and motherhood.

Ceremonies can be held at my property or at a location of your choice.                                             Investment: $200-$300

Closing of the Bones Ceremony

Honouring the mother through her postpartum transition.

The Closing of the Bones ceremony is a beautiful way to honour the transition through the fourth trimester and into the next chapter of motherhood. It offers a dedicated time for a mother to be nurtured, held, and cared for as she emerges from the profound transformation of pregnancy and birth.

Through the use of traditional rebozo wrapping and gentle bodywork, the ceremony symbolically and physically honours the mother, offering a sense of containment, grounding, and closure. It is an opportunity to acknowledge all that her body, heart, and spirit have moved through, while creating space to rest, reconnect, and welcome the next season of motherhood.

This ceremony can be experienced individually or shared in a group setting, allowing mothers to be witnessed and supported in community.                                                                                                                                                         Investment: $140/person

Traditional Indigenous Drum Making

Creating with intention, guided by tradition.

Come gather with me to create your own traditional Indigenous drum through a meaningful process rooted in tradition, learning, and ceremony.

Through years of making drums and holding groups, I have come to deeply honour the teachings of those who have guided me and the sacred responsibility that comes with holding and sharing a drum. I carry these teachings with gratitude and respect, and invite you to join me as I walk alongside you through the traditions and practices of drum making.

This is more than simply making a drum. It is an opportunity to slow down, connect with your hands, learn about the significance of the drum, and honour the place it holds within ceremony, community, and cultures around the world.

Your drum-making journey will be held with intention, respect, and care, creating space for learning, connection, and a deeper appreciation for the traditions and responsibilities that accompany the drum.

Investment: Please contact for pricing. Dependent on drum size, group size and travel

Honouring Menarche

A rite of passage for mothers, caregivers, and daughters.

The transition into womanhood is a significant and sacred passage, deserving of time, knowledge, celebration, and care. These gatherings create space for mothers and caregivers to walk alongside their daughters as they experience menarche — their first menstruation — welcoming this new chapter with understanding, confidence, and connection.

Young women deserve to move through this transition feeling empowered in their bodies, understanding their cycles, and recognizing the wisdom of their changing physiology. Together, we bring back traditional teachings, ceremony, and the knowledge that has been lost or overlooked through generations.

I will share with your daughter the teachings, conversations, and guidance many of us wished we had received, creating space for questions, discovery, and meaningful connection. Our intention is to nurture a new generation of young women who are knowledgeable in their bodies, grounded in their identities, and connected to their families, communities, and traditions.

These rites of passage can be held in an intimate mother-and-daughter or caregiver-and-daughter gathering, or shared within a larger circle of young women and their families.
